Even Pictures And Captions Used To Kiss Up To Liberals

Wednesday's front page article from the New York Times was the usual anti-Bush liberal drivel that is to be expected from the Times. However, what was interesting was how the Fish Wrapper even uses pictures and captions to display its liberal bias.

President Bush pauses in his State of the Union address to Congress on Tuesday as Vice President Dick Cheney and Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., the first woman speaker of the House, find common ground for applause. Pelosi is second in the line of succession to the presidency; her seating behind Bush emphasizes her position to the nation.

You had to be living in a cave for the past year to not beware of that fact, since it was repeated ad nauseum by the MSM for months before the election, but yet the Fish Wrapper sees it necessary to point this out on the front page.

So how do you think the MSM treated A Republican in the same situation, like Newt Gingrich in 1995? You can be sure it wasn't the same. For instance, Baraba Walters displayed her usual hard-hitting journalism by naming Pelosi the 'Most Fascinating Person of 2006'. However, on the same special in 1995, Newt Gingrich was not even on the list, much less the Most Fascinating Person. Many other examples are documented by Brent Bozell at Newsbusters.

I guess it just goes to show that no angle is to small for the Fish Wrapper to show their liberal bias.
